The rules, as called

Buy a lot. Each clock hour is a grid of 48 lots. Tap free cells; each lot is a flat 10,000 $LOTSPLIT. Hold as many as you like.
Whistle at :00. The hour closes and takes no more lots. The contract fixes a block two ahead, one that does not exist yet.
Two lots drawn. Once that block exists anyone can draw. Its hash names two different lots. Nobody picks.
They split the rest. The two drawn lots split the whole grid less a 2% cut: each gets its own lot back plus half of every other lot.

Worked example. 12 lots in the 14:00 grid, 120,000 $LOTSPLIT in. Lots 07 and 31 are drawn. The cut is 2,400; each drawn lot takes 58,800: its own 10,000 back plus 48,800 from the other ten. Hold 3 of the 12 and you had 3 shots at one of the two calls. One wallet alone, or two lots or fewer? Every lot goes back to its wallet, no cut.
